Refund policy

Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because most products sold by Spectra Prints are custom-made specifically for each customer, all custom orders are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund except in cases where Spectra Prints has made a verified production error or supplied a defective product.

Custom Orders & Final Sale

Custom products include, but are not limited to, banners, signs, decals, stickers, printed graphics, acrylic products, apparel, embroidered products, engraved products, and any other item manufactured, printed, cut, decorated, or personalized specifically for a customer.

Once a custom order has entered production, it cannot be canceled, changed, returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Digital Proof Approval

When a digital proof is provided, it is the customer's responsibility to carefully review all artwork, spelling, colors, dimensions, quantities, placement, specifications, and other details before approving the proof.

Approval of a digital proof constitutes authorization for Spectra Prints to begin production.

Once a proof has been approved, the customer accepts responsibility for the approved design and specifications. Spectra Prints is not responsible for errors that were visible in an approved proof, including but not limited to spelling errors, incorrect information, sizing, layout, artwork placement, or design choices.

Changes requested after proof approval may not be possible and, when possible, may result in additional charges or production delays.

Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted before production begins.

If an order has not yet entered production, Spectra Prints may, at its discretion, approve a cancellation. Any design, setup, artwork, processing, material, or other costs already incurred may be deducted from the refund.

Once production has begun, including printing, cutting, laminating, engraving, embroidery, fabrication, or other manufacturing processes, the order is non-cancelable and non-refundable.

Approval of a digital proof or other written authorization to proceed may be considered authorization to begin production immediately.

A customer's circumstances or need for the product changing after production has begun does not qualify the order for a refund.

Production Errors & Defective Products

If Spectra Prints makes an error in the production of your order or the product arrives with a verified manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving the order.

Please provide photographs clearly showing the issue along with your order information.

If Spectra Prints determines that an error or defect is our responsibility, we will, at our discretion, repair the item, reproduce the affected product, provide replacement goods, issue store credit, or provide an appropriate refund.

Spectra Prints must be given a reasonable opportunity to correct or replace an affected product before a refund is considered.

Refunds or replacements will not be issued for errors contained in customer-provided artwork or information or for details that were approved by the customer during the proofing process.

Customer-Supplied Artwork & Information

Customers are responsible for the accuracy, quality, resolution, content, spelling, dimensions, and suitability of all artwork, logos, photographs, text, measurements, and other information they provide.

Spectra Prints is not responsible for poor reproduction caused by low-resolution, improperly formatted, inaccurate, or otherwise unsuitable customer-supplied artwork.

Unless design or artwork correction services have specifically been purchased or agreed upon, Spectra Prints is not responsible for correcting customer-supplied artwork.

Color & Material Variations

Colors displayed on computer monitors, phones, tablets, or other digital displays may vary from the appearance of the finished printed product.

Minor variations in color, print placement, cutting, material texture, fabrication, or finishing that are normal within commercial production tolerances are not considered defects.

Material appearance may also vary between manufacturers, production batches, finishes, lighting conditions, and display devices.

Size & Measurements

Customers are responsible for confirming that all requested dimensions, measurements, quantities, and specifications are correct before approving an order or proof.

Spectra Prints is not responsible for products manufactured to dimensions or specifications that were provided or approved by the customer.

Shipping & Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping or delivery address.

Spectra Prints is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside of our reasonable control.

Visible shipping damage should be photographed immediately upon delivery, including the product, packaging, and shipping label, and reported to Spectra Prints as soon as possible.

Do not discard damaged products or packaging until the claim has been resolved, as photographs or inspection may be required.

Turnaround Times

Production and delivery dates are estimates unless Spectra Prints has expressly agreed in writing to a guaranteed deadline.

Turnaround times may be affected by proof approval delays, customer-requested changes, material availability, equipment issues, shipping carriers, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

A missed estimated completion or delivery date does not automatically make a custom order eligible for cancellation or refund.

Returns

Because custom products cannot generally be resold, returns are not accepted unless specifically authorized by Spectra Prints.

Do not return an item without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

If a return is authorized, instructions will be provided by Spectra Prints.

Policy Acceptance

By placing an order with Spectra Prints, submitting payment, approving a digital proof, or otherwise authorizing production, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
